COUNT ONE

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Gloucester, upon their oaths
present that MONICA THORS, on diverse dates between September, 2013 and December, 2014,
in the Township of South Harrison, County of Gloucester, and within the jurisdiction of this Court,
did commit the offense of animal cruelty by knowingly causing serious bodily injury to a horse
(According to Prince), which ultimately lead to the death of said horse, specifically by failing to
provide the necessary care as directed by veterinarians to address several health issues, contrary to
the provisions of N.J.S.A. 4:22-17c(2), and against the peace of this State, the government and
dignity of the same. Said crime being a crime of the 3rd degree. S2015-000001-0806

COUNT TWO

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Gloucester, upon their oaths
present that MONICA THORS, on diverse dates between September, 2013 and December, 2014,
in the Township of South Harrison, County of Gloucester, and within the jurisdiction of this Court,
did commit the offense of animal cruelty by knowingly causing serious bodily injury to a horse
(According to Hoyle), which ultimately lead to the death of said horse, specifically by failing to
provide the necessary care as directed by veterinarians to address several health issues, contrary to
the provisions of J.S.A. 4:22-17c(2), and against the peace of this State, the government and
dignity of the same. Said crime being a crime of the 3rd degree. S2015-000002-0816

COUNT THREE

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Gloucester, upon their
oaths present that MONICA THORS, on diverse dates between September, 2013 and December,
2014, in the Township of South Harrison, County of Gloucester, and within the jurisdiction of
this Court, did commit the offense of animal cruelty by knowingly causing serious bodily injury
to a horse (Aspiration), which ultimately lead to the death of said horse, specifically by failing to
provide the necessary care as directed by veterinarians to address several health issues, contrary
to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 4:22-17c(2), and against the peace of this State, the government and
dignity of the same. Said crime being a crime of the 3rd degree. S2015-000003-0816

COUNT FOUR

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Gloucester, upon their oaths
present that MONICA THORS, on diverse dates between September, 2013 and December, 2014,
in the Township of South Harrison, County of Gloucester, and within the jurisdiction of this Court,
did commit the offense of animal cruelty by knowingly causing serious bodily injury to a horse
(Princess Grey), which ultimately lead to the death of said horse, specifically by failing to provide
the necessary care as directed by veterinarians to address several health issues, contrary to the
provisions ofN.J.S.A. 4:22-17c(2), and against the peace of this State, the government and dignity
of the same. Said crime being a crime of the 3rd degree. S2015-000004-0816

COUNT FIVE

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Gloucester, upon their
oaths present that MONICA THORS, on diverse dates between September, 2013 and December,
2014, in the Township of South Harrison, County of Gloucester, and within the jurisdiction of
this Court, did commit the offense of animal cruelty by knowingly causing serious bodily injury
to a horse (Missy Anne), specifically by failing to provide the necessary care as directed by
veterinarians to address several health issues, contrary to the provisions ofN.J.S.A. 4:22-17c(2),
and against the peace of this State, the government and dignity of the same. Said crime being a
crime of the 4th degree. S2015-000005-0816

COUNT SIX

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Gloucester, upon their
oaths present that MONICA THORS, on diverse dates between September, 2013 and December,
2014, in the Township of South Harrison, County of Gloucester, and within the jurisdiction of
this Court, did commit the offense of animal cruelty by knowingly causing serious bodily injury
to a horse (Pleasure Me), specifically by failing to provide the necessary care as directed by
veterinarians to address several health issues, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 4:22-17c(2),
and against the peace of this State, the government and dignity of the same. Said crime being a
crime of the 4th degree. S2015-000006-0816

COUNT SEVEN

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Gloucester, upon their
oaths present that MONICA THORS, on diverse dates between September, 2013 and December,
2014, in the Township of South Harrison, County of Gloucester, and within the jurisdiction of
this Court, did commit the offense of animal cruelty by knowingly causing serious bodily injury
to a horse (Riley Jade), specifically by failing to provide the necessary care as directed by
veterinarians to address several health issues, contrary to the provisions of N .J. S .A. 4:22-17 c(2),
and against the peace of this State, the government and dignity of the same. Said crime being a
crime of the 4th degree. S2015-000007-0816

COUNT EIGHT

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Gloucester, upon their
oaths present that MONICA THORS, on diverse dates between September, 2013 and December,
2014, in the Township of South Harrison, County of Gloucester, and within the jurisdiction of
this Court, did commit the offense of animal cruelty by knowingly causing serious bodily injury
to a horse (American Rose Lee), specifically by failing to provide the necessary care as directed
by veterinarians to address several health issues, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 4:22-
17c(2), and against the peace of this State, the government and dignity of the same. Said crime
being a crime of the 4th degree. S2015-000008-0816

COUNT NINE

The Grand Jurors of the State of New Jersey, for the County of Gloucester, upon their
oaths present that MONICA THORS, on diverse dates between September, 2013 and December,
2014, in the Township of South Harrison, County of Gloucester, and within the jurisdiction of
this Court, did commit the offense of animal cruelty by knowingly causing serious bodily injury
.to a goat (Billy), specifically by failing to provide the necessary care as directed by veterinarians
to address several health issues, contrary to the provisions of N.J.S.A. 4:22-17c(2), and against
the peace of this State, the government and dignity of the same. Said crime being a crime of the
4th degree. S2015-000009-0816
