March 7, 2019, A judge lowered Hal Parker’s bond to $175,000. If he posts bond he is not allowed any contact with animals.

The court suspended the jail sentence of six months in the Parrish Jail (to run consecutively).

The judge placed Hal Parker on supervised probation for two years. Hal Parker cannot own horses, he must pay the fines and costs, and pay a $60.00 fee monthly. The defendant was remanded to the sheriff’s custody.
