Triple H Horse Farm
Detectives with the Montgomery County Precinct 3 Constable’s Office say they arrested a horseback riding instructor after serving a warrant at his boarding stable.
The prosecution charged Michael Hogan, 38, with two counts of sexual assault of a child. The victim was one of Hogan’s riding students at Triple H Horse Farm near Conroe.
The investigation started after parents of the under 16-year-old riding student reported sexual messages between the two to authorities.
After news of Hogan’s arrest hit social media another person came forward with similar allegations. Detectives state they believe there could be more victims.
Hogan’s attorney Sam R. Cammack says his client is innocent. Cammack claims the issue stems from an unhappy horse boarder who kept their horse at Hogan’s barn.
Triple H Horse Farm is located near the Woodlands Mall and offers horse boarding, horse training, riding instruction, and trail rides.
Hogan is out on $75,000 bond, according to jail records.
