Conditions:

Cooperate with Animal Humane Society Agent and follow all recommendations if concurred with by vet. Cooperate with veterinary care for equine and follow all recommendations of veternarian and sign releases for vet to give information to probation agent. Do not acquire any equine during course of probation. Provide adequate feed, water, and shelter for all animals in her care. Allow investigator and agent to make unannounced visits to barn and horses. Do not change vet without informing agent. If Dfd moves, share with vet the care plan for the care of the horses.

Sign all releases of information.

Remain law abiding.

Advise agent prior to changing employment or residence.

Supply DNA sample.

Sign probation agreement.
