Conditions:

Cooperate with Animal Humane Society Agent and follow all recommendations if concurred with by vet. Cooperate with veterinary care for equine and follow all recommendations of veterinarian and sign releases for the vet to give information to the probation agent. Do not acquire any equine during the course of probation. Provide adequate feed, water, and shelter for all animals in her care. Allow investigator and agent to make unannounced visits to barn and horses. Do not change the vet without informing agent. If the Defendant moves, share with the vet the care plan for the care of the horses.

Sign all releases of information.

Remain law-abiding.

Advise agent prior to changing employment or residence.

Supply DNA sample.

Sign probation agreement.
