Criminal Complaint states:
COUNT ONE: ANIMAL CRUELTY
The State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, on her oath does present that the
defendant, BRIDGET M. RICE, above-referenced, on or about December 23, 2014
through January 29, 2015, at 12301 Crossroad Trail, Brandywine, Prince George’s County,
Maryland, against the peace, government and dignity of the State: did inflict unnecessary
suffering or pain on an animal, to wit: Hannah, a chestnut and white mare horse, in
violation of Criminal Law Article CR 10-604(a)(3) of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
COUNT TWO: ANIMAL CRUELTY- CAUSE
The State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, on her oath does present
that the defendant, BRIDGET M. RICE, above-referenced, on or about December 23, 2014
through January 29, 2015 at 12301 Crossroad Trail, Brandywine, Prince George’s County,
Maryland, against the peace, government and dignity of the State: did cause the
unnecessary suffering or pain on an animal, to wit: Hannah, a chestnut and white mare
horse, in violation of Criminal Law Article CR 10-604(a)(4) of the Annotated Code of
Maryland.
COUNT THREE: ANIMAL CRUEL FAIL – PROVIDE
The State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, on her oath does present that the
defendant, BRIDGET M. RICE, above~ referenced, on or about December 23, 2014
through January 29, 2015 at 12301 Crossroad Trail, Brandywine, Prince George’s County,
Maryland, against the peace, government and dignity of the State: did while having custody
of Hannah, a chestnut and white mare horse, did unnecessarily fail to provide Hannah with
necessary veterinary care, in violation of Criminal Law Article CR 10~604(a)(5) of the
Annotated Code of Maryland.
COUNT FOUR: ANIMAL CRUEL IV
The State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, on her oath does present that the
defendant, BRIDGET M. RICE, above-referenced, on or about April 10, 2015 through May
5, 2015 at 12301 Crossroad Trail, Brandywine, Prince George’s County, Maryland, against
the peace, government and dignity of the State: did inflict unnecessary suffering or pain on
an animal, to wit: Destiny, a gray mare horse, in violation of Criminal Law Article CR
10~604(a)(3) of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
COUNT FIVE: ANIMAL CRUELTY – CAUSE
The State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, on her oath does present
that the defendant, BRIDGET M. RICE, above-referenced, on or about April 10, 2015
through May 5, 2015 at 12301 Crossroad Trail, Brandywine, Prince George’s County,
Maryland, against the peace, government and dignity of the State: did cause the
unnecessary suffering or pain on an animal, to wit: Destiny, a gray mare horse, in violation
of Criminal Law Article CR 10-604(a)(4) of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
COUNT SIX: ANIMAL CRUEL FAIL – PROVIDE
The State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, on her oath does present that the
defendant, BRIDGET M. RICE, above-referenced, on or about April 10, 2015 through May
5, 2015 at 12301 Crossroad Trail, Brandywine, Prince George’s County, Maryland, against
the peace, government and dignity of the State: did while having custody of Destiny, a gray
mare horse, did unnecessarily fail to provide Destiny with necessary veterinary care, in
violation of Criminal Law Article CR 10-604(a)(5) of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
COUNT SEVEN: ANIMAL CRUELTY

defendant, BRIDGET M. RICE, above-referenced, on or about june 25, 2015 through July
1, 2015 at 12301 Crossroad Trail, Brandywine, Prince George’s County, Maryland, against
the peace, government and dignity of the State: did inflict unnecessary suffering or pain on
an animal, to wit: Dreamer, a brown and white paint gelding horse, in violation of Criminal
Law Article CR 10-604(a)(3) of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
COUNT EIGHT; ANIMAL CRUELTY – CAUSE
The State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, on her oath does present
that the defendant, BRIDGET M. RICE, above-referenced, on or about June 25, 2015
through July 1, 2015 at 12301 Crossroad Trail, Brandywine, Prince George’s County,
Maryland, against the peace, government and dignity of the State: did cause the
unnecessary suffering or pain on an animal, to wit: Dreamer, a brown and white paint
gelding horse, in violation of Criminal Law Article CR 10-604(a)(4) of the Annotated Code
of Maryland.
COUNT NINE: ANIMAL CRUEL FAIL: PROVIDE
The State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, on her oath does present that the
defendant, BRIDGET M. RICE, above-referenced, on or about June 25, 2015 through July
1, 2015 at 12301 Crossroad Trail, Brandywine, Prince George’s County, Maryland, against
the peace, government and dignity of the State: did while having custody of Dreamer, a
brown and white paint gelding horse, did unnecessarily fail to provide Dreamer with
necessary veterinary care, in violation of Criminal Law Article CR 10-604(a)(5) of the
Annotated Code of Maryland.
COUNT TEN: ANIMAL CRUEL FAIL: PROVIDE
The State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, on her oath does present that the
defendant, BRIDGET M. RICE, above-referenced, on or about February 20, 2015 through
April 3, 2015 at 12301 Crossroad Trail, Brandywine, Prince George’s County, Maryland,
against the peace, government and dignity of the State: did while having custody of
numerous horses, did unnecessarily fail to provide those animals with shelter, in violation
of Criminal Law Article CR 10-604(a)(5) of the Annotated Code of Maryland.
COUNT ELEVEN: ANIMAL CRUEL FAIL: PROVIDE
The State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, on her oath does present that the
defendant, BRIDGET M. RICE, above-referenced, on or about February 20, 2015 through
April 3, 2015 at 12301 Crossroad Trail, Brandywine, Prince George’s County, Maryland,
against the peace, government and dignity of the State: did while having custody of
numerous horses, did unnecessarily fail to provide those animals with protection from the
weather, in violation of Criminal Law Article CR 10-604(a)(S) of the Annotated Code of
Maryland.
COUNT TWELVE: ANIMAL CRUEL FAIL: PROVIDE
The State’s Attorney for Prince George’s County, on her oath does present that the
defendant, BRIDGET M. RICE, above-referenced, on or about February 20, 2015 through
May 1, 2015 at 12301 Crossroad Trail, Brandywine, Prince George’s County, Maryland,
against the peace, government and dignity of the State: did while having custody of
numerous horses, did unnecessarily fail to provide those animals with nutritious food in
sufficient quantity, in violation of Criminal Law Article CR 10-604(a)(5) ofthe Annotated
Code of Maryland.
