Our Service is intended for adult audiences only. We do not knowingly collect, use, store, or transfer any personal information from anyone under 18 years of age. If you are a parent, legal guardian, or another concerned adult that is aware that a user under the age of 18 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately by sending an email to info at horseauthority.co.
7. Opt-Out Procedure
If you would like to opt-out of receiving promotional emails from us, please follow the instructions found at the bottom of such emails, or you can contact us at info at horseauthority.co. Regardless of means of your opt-out request, please allow up to ten business days to process your request.
8. Additional Information for California Users
If you are a California resident and you have provided us with (or we have otherwise collected) your personal information, you may submit to us a written request to opt-out of the sharing of your personal information with third parties for direct marketing purposes. If you qualify, you may submit a written request to us pursuant to the Notice provision of the Terms of Service and Sale. In order to ensure we can fulfill your request, your request must include, at a minimum, your name, complete physical address, email address(es) you have provided us, and a telephone number to reach you for any follow-up questions we may have. Please note that fulfillment of this request will not prohibit disclosures for non-marketing purposes or reduce the number of advertising content displayed on the Site.
9. Subpoena Policy
We will not disclose information about its users without express permission from you, except when required by law or to comply with legal process properly served on us. Any such subpoenas or requests should be mailed to our attention and address pursuant to the Notice provision in the Terms of Service and Sale. Be advised that certain laws, including the Electronic Communications Privacy Act, and other considerations may impact our response. Further, please note that we will charge the person or entity submitting a civil subpoena for the costs associated with subpoena review and compliance. Payment must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of receipt of the invoice through electronic check or PayPal to Rate My Horse Pro, LLC. Our subpoena compliance costs are currently as follows:
