Notorious NY Dressage Trainer Charged with Felony Grand Larceny

A New York dressage trainer, with a long list of aliases and arrests, is in trouble with the law again. Kimberly Martin, of Warwick, is charged with felony grand larceny, according to authorities.
Martin, who also goes by Kimberlee Anne Martin Luyster, was arrested Thursday by Ulster County Sheriff deputies. The NY Dressage operator allegedly accepted more than $1,000 worth of hay and dried meat on October 23rd from a local business, without paying.
Martin is on probation from a previous criminal exploit. As a part of a plea deal in that case, Martin pleaded guilty to petit larceny for using a forged check to pay for horse fencing.
Martin was arraigned in Ulster Town Court and released.
