Jury convicts Boris Gokovski of four misdemeanor counts of sexual battery for inappropriately touching a 20-something-year-old horseback riding student. The victim testified Gokovski’s four touches were “under the guise of providing instruction or adjusting equipment”. 

The jury recommended a year jail sentence and $4,000 in fines. The judge will decide Gokovski’s fate on February 27, 2018.

Gokovski remains out on bond as he awaits trial in a third sex abuse case.
